- Do I have to report internally first before filing a qui tam case? No legal requirement exists under the federal False Claims Act, but we can discuss the pros and cons of internal reporting while protecting you from retaliation.

Record-Breaking Results in Fiscal Year 2025: The U.S. Department of Justice reported the highest single-year recoveries in False Claims Act history:
